CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be emailed to events@pse.org. Cancellations received through 03/08/2023 will result in a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 03/08/2023 may result in forfeiture of the full registration amount. LIABILITY RELEASE: By checking this box, I hereby release Pi Sigma Epsilon Inc, the PSE National Educational Foundation, its officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities incurred by me or on my behalf during the PSE 2023 National Convention, including but not limited to bodily injury, host liquor liability and contractual liability. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: I acknowledge that PSE cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to or contract a Communicable Disease at the event. I agree to abide by all applicable COVID-19-related requirements, advisories, policies, procedures, and protocols of the host city, hotel, and PSE, as well as the CDC, respective PSE event sponsors & partners, and any other governmental authority for the duration of the event. I understand the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by a Communicable Disease by attending the PSE 2023 National Convention. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full personal responsibility for my participation in the PSE 2023 National Convention. In doing so, I release PSE and all of their staff and contractors from liability should I become ill, directly or indirectly, as a result of my participation in this event. MEDIA RELEASE: PSE and the PSE National Educational Foundation (PSENEF) periodically use electronic and traditional media (e.g., photographs, video, audio recordings, testimonials) for publicity and educational purposes.
