PSE is a recruiting and promotional tool that provides one of the most cost-effective ways possible for corporate members to:

• Access a local and nationwide pool of recent graduates, seasoned professionals, and executive candidates equipped with vital experience;
• Tap into a resource of high-quality, success-driven recruits from a variety of majors, backgrounds, and careers;
• Efficiently target your candidates via a national convention, a national career fair/expo, regional conferences, local events, direct mail, and our career services; and
• Increase awareness of your company, product, or service in the minds of thousands through one economical channel.

All partnerships with Pi Sigma Epsilon are tailored to the needs of the company or organization wishing to be a corporate member. Opportunities include:

Increase Awareness

Partnering with PSE provides our members exposure via our website. Members will receive an individual page on pse.org, written by the partner.

Attendance at the National Convention also gives our members tremendous publicity all year long. Use your booth space for promotion of your products and we also offer our members the opportunity to sponsor the top awards at the National Convention.

Recruitment Tool

PSE Career Services: Your corporate membership will allow you to send out positions you are hiring for via email and social media.

PSE National Convention: Each year, 500 PSE members and guests gather for five days of professional programming. The following are incorporated into the convention: an intense awards competition, scholarship program, professional development programs (speakers, panels, roundtables), social activities, and the PSE Career Fair. Companies can reserve a 10’ booth space at our Career Fair to recruit attendees that consist of students, alumni, educators, and professional members. National Convention sponsors receive enormous publicity.

Corporations such as Ford Motor Company have “hired” PSE chapters to conduct marketing research for them or to launch a new product to their millennium-aged target market. Guided by marketing faculty, our collegiate chapters conduct focus groups and surveys on campuses across the country. Fees would be arranged by the size of the project; our main goal is to provide our students hands-on sales and marketing experiences.
