PSE oversees and operates The National Conference in Sales Management (NCSM). NCSM exists to create a premier conference and disseminate knowledge in the areas of sales management and personal selling. The Journal of Personal Selling & Sales Management (JPSSM) is a quarterly academic journal owned and operated by Pi Sigma Epsilon. The JPSSM offers various perspectives on personal selling and keeps its readers abreast of new sales and sales management techniques and applications. Serving as PSE advisor gives me a chance to build relationships and trust with students. With trust in place, I’m able to teach, coach and mentor with high impact results for my students.
I am in my second year as a faculty advisor for The Ohio State University’s PSE chapter and it has been a wonderful experience! The students are genuinely invested in the chapter. They work incredibly hard throughout the year to create activities and events that provide them with professional experiences to build their resumes. I am truly impressed with their efforts.
