Accelerated Sales Program- ASP
White Cap’s Accelerated Sales Program is designed to create opportunities for early-career sales professionals to quickly accelerate their sales career.
Program Goal: The Accelerated Sales Program is a comprehensive, sales-specific training program designed to Fast Track the growth and development of new Account Managers.
Program Overview: Accelerated Sales Program participants will work closely with White Cap Sales Leaders to develop the skills, customer and supplier relationships, and knowledge needed to be successful in outside sales, all within the span of about 12 months.
Here are a few highlights of what participants will experience in their first 6 months in the program.
- Comprehensive 90-day training program that includes operations, systems, tools, product, and hands-on sales training
- Weekly coaching sessions with a Sales Leader to review progress, practice skills, and identify additional training opportunities
- Ride-alongs with Region and District Sales Leaders
- Calls with all ASP participants across the business to share best practices and role play
- In person Selling Basics training hosted at our Training Center
