Mutual of Omaha’s Employee Benefits Sales Trainee Program is a great way to start your sales career. Our Sales Trainees take part in a comprehensive 12 month training program to develop skills and competencies to successfully wholesale Group Insurance benefits to brokers. Each Sales Trainee will be assigned a mentor to guide them through the program while gaining real world sales experience and exposure to the group insurance industry.
6% dollar-for-dollar match

Up to $5,250 per year for full-time employees
Up to $3,600 per year for part-time employees
Standard 15 day vacation accrual per year (prorated based on start date)
Time off is granted based on years of service and accrues each payday
travel scholarships
Each year, Mutual of Omaha provides travel scholarships which allow students from various chapters to attend the National Convention. This program provides funding for members of Pi Sigma Epsilon from either newly chartered chapters or chapters that have been under-represented at previous conventions due to financial limitations. Recipients receive complimentary convention registrations and travel stipends.
