The Visionary
Joan steers our fraternity with a clear vision and a steady hand. With over 30 years of experience in leadership roles, she’s the mastermind behind our strategic initiatives and growth. When she’s not in the office, you might find her in her garden or at a national park enjoying a hike, ATV ride or a whitewater rafting adventure with her family.
Carolyn Mang
Director of Learning & Development
The Member Whisperer
Carolyn is the go-to person for all things membership. Her innovative ideas have transformed the way we engage and grow our community. When she is not wearing her PSE hat, she is wearing her mom hat and spending time with her husband and new baby boy, Cole. She loves reading a book, spending time outdoors, or listening to music (mostly Taylor Swift).
Kelsey Schneiss
Communications & Social Media Manager

With a knack for crafting compelling narratives, Kelsey ensures our fraternity’s story is heard loud and clear. Her background in social media marketing and passion for community-building make her a key player in our communications strategy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and indulging in outdoor activities such as boating, skiing, and four-wheeling. She also loves shopping and exploring new food spots, embracing her love for being a “foodie”.

Paul’s sharp mind and keen eye for detail keep our finances in top shape. His dedication ensures we have the resources to support our mission. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, boating, BBQ’s or any excuse to get together with his friends. Lately, he and his fiancé have been exploring cuisines from different cultures, pushing their culinary boundaries together.
Lauren Porter
Event Planner & Chapter Consultant
The Party Planner
Lauren knows how to plan a spectacular event and has a keen eye for the details that make them memorable. She also is skillful at fostering lasting connections with our students and alumni. Her enthusiasm and warmth make her a fan favorite. Outside of her role, she adores attending music festivals and concerts with her friends, exploring new destinations through travel as much as possible, and is constantly in the kitchen cooking up her favorite recipes.
Kody Blue Proctor
Office Manager
Kody Proctor graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2023 with a Master’s in Entertainment Industry Management and holds a Bachelor’s in Public Relations from Ball State University. As a proud member of Pi Sigma Epsilon during his time at Ball State, Kody loved every minute of his experience with the organization. Now, as the Office Manager at Pi Sigma Epsilon, he is excited to continue growing with the organization and contributing to its success.
