What is the Leadership Summit?
The Pi Sigma Epsilon Leadership Summit is the premier event for chapter leaders from across the nation to come together to collaborate, dream, and prepare for the upcoming academic year.

Who Should Attend?
It is encouraged that the chapter Presidents, Vice Presidents of Human Resources, and Chapter Advisors attend. While the content will be beneficial to all Executive Board members, this year’s Summit includes important updates and tools specifically tailored to support the President and Vice President of Human Resources in leading their chapters to a successful year ahead. Their active participation will help set the tone and direction for the entire chapter.
We understand that unexpected conflicts can arise. In the rare case that the President or Vice President of Human Resources is unable to attend, another Executive Board member may be designated to attend in their place. If no Executive Board members are available, a general member with a strong interest in leadership may attend instead. All substitutions must be pre-approved by PSE HQ in order to receive complimentary registration and hotel accommodations.
Faculty Advisors are also welcome to join us!

Hotel Accommodations
- Complimentary Hotel Accommodations for Student Leaders
Student leaders attending the summit will receive complimentary hotel accommodations for Friday, August 8, and Saturday, August 9, based on double occupancy, with single-gender room assignments. PSE Headquarters will handle the hotel booking for all student attendees and will send a hotel confirmation as we get closer to the event. Do not attempt to book your own hotel accommodations as it will not be paid by PSE. - Hotel Rooms for Faculty Advisors
Faculty Advisors will need to reserve and pay for their hotel accommodations through our group booking link with the hotel at their own expense.

Complimentary Registration for Key Attendees
Event registration is complimentary for the Chapter President, Vice President of Human Resources, and Faculty Advisor.
Note: For President and VP of Human Resources attendees to receive the full complimentary benefit package, attendees must be present for the entire event—from arrival no later than 2:30 PM Central Time on Friday, August 8, through the conclusion of programming at 6:30 PM Central Time on Saturday, August 9.
If full in-person attendance is not possible, alternate arrangements or delegation options should be discussed with PSE HQ.
Additional Student Leaders
Additional attendees can attend and are responsible for a $75 registration fee and hotel accommodations, subject to space availability. Please contact PSE Headquarters for more details at ps*@*se.org.
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at 11:59pm Central Time.
- Additional attendee confirmations (if space allows): By Friday, July 18, 2025
- Changes or cancellations: Must be made by July 23 to avoid a cancellation fee
