Currently, Josh is an associate IT manager with Progressive Insurance’s IT Associate Hire & Intern Program, which aims to cultivate a robust and diverse associate talent pipeline for Progressive’s IT organization. Josh is involved with all phases of new employees’ careers, from talent acquisition and interviewing to onboarding and project management. Josh also sits on the board of a Progressive group devoted to providing personal development programming while mentoring other board members and being a facilitator on how to properly debate differences of opinion instead of arguing.
