This year’s PSE theme is Ascend. Imagine a staircase leading upward: one individual reaches for the star at the top, symbolizing ambition and achievement. At the same time, they turn back to clasp the hand of someone behind them—reminding us that true success is not only about reaching our goals, but also about lifting others as we climb.

 

As members of a professional fraternity, we are called to strive for excellence in our careers and personal lives, while embracing the spirit of fraternity—community, connection, and service to others. PSE exists to serve the emerging workforce by addressing career readiness and advancement through community, education, and competition.
